Methods of payment

Cheques made payable to Joyway Events, Direct Bank Transfer and Postal orders. We will be accepting card payments soon so please ask for details. Invoice/receipt will be sent via post, email or fax. To confirm and commence an order, the client is required to sign approval for all order details.

Deposit and Payment
A 50% deposit is required when placing your order. This amount will be deducted from your final balance. The remaining balance is due upon acceptance of final proofs, samples or service contracts. Payment of the deposit is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Cancellations
If client cancels the order or terminates contract and chooses not to complete, any work produced and completed that exceeds the 50 % deposit will result in full payment or 50% of work completed will be payable by the client. Refunds will be given at the discretion of Joyway Events or should Joyway Events fail to meet contract with the client as specified and agreed with proofs. If no work has been produced at the time of cancellation then Joyway Events will refund the 50% deposit.
